About Course

Higher education professionals are navigating rapid change, rising workloads, and increasing expectations to use generative AI with care and clarity. Many seek practical guidance that demonstrates the capabilities of these tools and how to apply them effectively without compromising their own expertise.

If you have ever wondered:

  • “Where do I begin with AI in my professional role?”
  • “How can I use these tools to support my work while keeping my voice and judgment central?”
  • “What kinds of prompts lead to useful, accurate results?”

This live, three-session series provides clear instruction, real examples, and hands-on demonstrations that help faculty and staff build confidence with tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Google Notebook, and Adobe Express. Each session is designed to show responsible and effective strategies that support idea generation, writing improvement, and visual communication, with accuracy, privacy, and integrity always in view. Participants receive guided demonstrations during each session along with practice activities they can complete on their own afterward.

This is not a technical lecture. It is an interactive learning space that supports professionals in applying generative AI thoughtfully and ethically in their everyday work.
